Here's what usually happens: you come in, we sit down for like 20 minutes, talk about what you actually want (not what you think you should want), where you're starting from, and what kind of time you can realistically commit. From there, we'll point you in the right direction.
Sometimes people think they need one program but after talking, we realize something else makes way more sense. That's the benefit of having actual conversations instead of just signing people up for whatever.

We'll record your lifts and break down what's working and what's not. Sometimes you need to see yourself move to really get what we're talking about. Super helpful for fixing technical issues that're holding you back.

Wanna train more than your program includes? We can add sessions to pretty much anything. Most people do better with more frequency anyway, especially in the beginning when you're learning movements.

Weekly or bi-weekly check-ins where we review your training, nutrition, recovery - whatever's relevant. Keeps you accountable between in-person sessions and lets us make adjustments faster.
